Article 7 1 This Protocol shall be open for signature by member States of the Council of Europe signatories to the Charter, which may express their consent to be bound by: a) signature without reservation as to ratification, acceptance or approval; or b) signature subject to ratification, acceptance or approval, followed by ratification, acceptance or approval. 2 Instruments of ratification, acceptance or approval shall be deposited with the Secretary General of the Council of Europe. 1992 7 20-01-1992 01-06-1993

Article 8 This Protocol shall enter into force on the thirtieth day after the date on which all Contracting Parties to the Charter have expressed their consent to be bound by the Protocol in accordance with the provisions of Article 7. 1992 7 20-01-1992 01-06-1993

Article 9 The Secretary General of the Council of Europe shall notify the member States of the Council of: a) any signature; b) the deposit of any instrument of ratification, acceptance or approval; c) the date of entry into force of this Protocol in accordance with Article 8; d) any other act, notification or communication relating to this Protocol. 1992 7 20-01-1992 01-06-1993

Artikel 7 1 Dit Protocol staat open voor ondertekening door de Lidstaten van de Raad van Europa die het Handvest hebben ondertekend, die hun instemming gebonden te worden tot uitdrukking kunnen brengen door: a. ondertekening zonder voorbehoud van bekrachtiging, aanvaarding of goedkeuring; of b. ondertekening onder voorbehoud van bekrachtiging, aanvaarding of goedkeuring, gevolgd door bekrachtiging, aanvaarding of goedkeuring. 2 De akten van bekrachtiging, aanvaarding of goedkeuring worden nedergelegd bij de Secretaris-Generaal van de Raad van Europa. 1992 62 15-04-1992 01-06-1993

Artikel 8 Dit Protocol treedt in werking op de dertigste dag na de datum waarop alle overeenkomstsluitende Partijen bij het Handvest in overeenstemming met de bepalingen van artikel 7 hun instemming door het Protocol te worden gebonden tot uitdrukking hebben gebracht. 1992 62 15-04-1992 01-06-1993

Artikel 9 De Secretaris-Generaal van de Raad van Europa stelt de Lidstaten van de Raad in kennis van: a. alle ondertekeningen; b. de nederlegging van iedere akte van bekrachtiging, aanvaarding of goedkeuring; c. de datum van inwerkingtreding van dit Protocol overeenkomstig artikel 8; d. alle andere handelingen, kennisgevingen of mededelingen betreffende dit Protocol. 1992 62 15-04-1992 01-06-1993
