Aanvullend Protocol I bij het Verdrag tot verbod van kernwapens in Latijns-Amerika en het Caraïbisch gebied

Article 2 The duration of this Protocol shall be the same as that of the Treaty for the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons in Latin America of which this Protocol is an annex, and the provisions regarding ratification and denunciation contained in the Treaty shall be applicable to it. 1968 145 01-11-1968 1971 200 04-11-1971 26-07-1971

Artikel 1 Op zich te nemen het statuut van denuclearisatie ten aanzien van oorlogsdoeleinden zoals omschreven in de artikelen 1, 3, 5 en 13 van het Verdrag tot het verbod van kernwapens in Latijns-Amerika toe te passen op de grondgebieden waarvoor zij de jure of de facto internationale verantwoordelijkheid dragen en die liggen binnen de grenzen van het in dat Verdrag vastgestelde geografische gebied. 1968 145 01-11-1968 1971 200 04-11-1971 26-07-1971

Artikel 2 De looptijd van dit Protocol is gelijk aan die van het Verdrag tot het verbod van kernwapens in Latijns-Amerika, waarvan dit Protocol een bijlage is, en de in het Verdrag vervatte bepalingen betreffende bekrachtiging en opzegging zijn erop van toepassing. 1968 145 01-11-1968 1971 200 04-11-1971 26-07-1971
