Protocol bij het Noord-Atlantisch Verdrag inzake de toetreding van Spanje

Article I North Atlantic Treaty article 10 of the Treaty Upon the entry into force of this Protocol, the Secretary General of theOrganization shall, on behalf of all the Parties, communicate to the Government of the Kingdom of Spain an invitation to accede to the North Atlantic Treaty. In accordance with, the Kingdom of Spain shall become a Party on the date when it deposits its instrument of accession with the Government of the United States of America. 1982 4 13-01-1982 13-05-1982 1982 105 19-07-1982 29-05-1982

Article II North Atlantic Treaty The present Protocol shall enter into force when each of the Parties to thehas notified the Government of the United States of America of its acceptance thereof. The Government of the United States of America shall inform all the Parties to the North Atlantic Treaty of the date of receipt of each such notification and of the date of the entry into force of the present Protocol. 1982 4 13-01-1982 13-05-1982 1982 105 19-07-1982 29-05-1982

Article III The present Protocol, of which the English and French texts are equally authentic, shall be deposited in the archives of the Government of the United States of America. Artikel I Noord-Atlantisch Verdrag artikel 10 van het Verdrag Bij de inwerkingtreding van dit Protocol zal de Secretaris-Generaal van de Noord-Atlantische Verdragsorganisatie uit naam van alle Partijen aan de Regering van het Koninkrijk Spanje een uitnodiging doen toekomen, tot hettoe te treden. In overeenstemming metwordt het Koninkrijk Spanje partij op de dag waarop het een akte van toetreding nederlegt bij de Regering van de Verenigde Staten van Amerika. 1982 4 13-01-1982 13-05-1982 1982 105 19-07-1982 29-05-1982

Artikel II Noord-Atlantisch Verdrag Dit Protocol treedt in werking wanneer elk der Partijen bij hetaan de Regering van de Verenigde Staten van Amerika mededeling heeft gedaan dat zij het Protocol aanvaardt. De Regering van de Verenigde Staten van Amerika stelt alle Partijen bij het Noord-Atlantisch Verdrag in kennis van de datum van ontvangst van iedere mededeling van aanvaarding en van de datum van inwerkingtreding van dit Protocol. 1982 4 13-01-1982 13-05-1982 1982 105 19-07-1982 29-05-1982

Artikel III Noord-Atlantisch Verdrag Dit Protocol, waarvan de Engelse en de Franse tekst gelijkelijk authentiek zijn, wordt in het archief van de Regering van de Verenigde Staten van Amerika nedergelegd.
