1 (a) Article II (1) of the 1971 Convention The protection provided for inshall apply to works published for the first time by the United Nations, by the Specialized Agencies in relationship therewith, or by the Organization of American States. 2 (a) Article VIII of the 1971 Convention This Protocol shall be signed and shall be subject to ratification or acceptance, or may be acceded to, as if the provisions ofapplied hereto.
