Artikel 1 — Article 1#
Article 1 In the application of Article 93 of Regulation (EEC) No. 574/72 on each invoice concerning real costs the amount of the costs of benefits in kind granted by the Portuguese institutions shall be raised by a fixed percentage related to the costs of medicines and diagnostical examinations. Article 2 Contrary to Article 93 of Regulation (EEC) No. 574/72 the Portuguese competent institution shall refund the costs of benefits in kind that have been provided a) according to Article 19, paragraph 2, of Regulation (EEC) No. 1408/71 to members of the families of boatsmen, who reside in the Netherlands, by a lump-sum which is based on 80% of the average yearly costs pro capita; b) according to Article 26, of Regulation (EEC) No. 1408/71 to pension claimants and members of their families or their survivors, who reside in the Netherlands, by a lump-sum which is based on 80% of the average yearly costs pro capita; c) according to Article 29, paragraph 1, of Regulation (EEC) No. 1408/71 to in the Netherlands residing members of the families of the holders of pension rights who reside in Portugal, by a lump-sum which is based on 80% of the average yearly costs pro capita. 1988 17 19-02-1988 11-12-1987 1988 17 19-02-1988 11-12-1987 12-12-1987 01-01-1986

Artikel 8 — Article 8#
Article 8 This Arrangement will remain in force for the period of one year from the date of its entering into force.
