Article 7 1 Convention This Protocol shall be open for signature by the member States of the Council of Europe having signed or acceded to thewhich may express their consent to be bound by: a. signature without reservation as to ratification, acceptance or approval; or b. signature subject to ratification, acceptance of approval, followed by ratification, acceptance or approval. 2 Convention No member State of the Council of Europe shall sign without reservation as to ratification, acceptance or approval, or deposit an instrument of ratification, acceptance or approval, unless it is already or becomes simultaneously Party to the. 3 Convention Any State not a member of the Council of Europe which has acceded to themay also accede to this Protocol. 4 Instruments of ratification, acceptance, approval or accession shall be deposited with the Secretary General of the Council of Europe. 1990 7 17-01-1990 1992 165 05-11-1992 01-11-1992

Article 8 Convention This Protocol shall enter into force on the first day of the month following the expiration of a period of one month after the date on which all Parties to thehave expressed their consent to be bound by the Protocol in accordance with the provisions of Article 7. 1990 7 17-01-1990 1992 165 05-11-1992 01-11-1992

Article 9 The Secretary General of the Council of Europe shall notify the member States of the Council, any other Contracting State to the Convention and the European Economic Community of: a. any signature; b. the deposit of any instrument of ratification, acceptance, approval or accession; c. any date of entry into force of this Protocol in accordance with Article 8; d. any other act, notification or communication relating to this Protocol. 1990 7 17-01-1990 1992 165 05-11-1992 01-11-1992

Artikel 7 1 Verdrag Dit Protocol staat open ter ondertekening door de Lidstaten van de Raad van Europa die hethebben ondertekend of daartoe zijn toegetreden en die hun instemming kunnen betuigen erdoor te worden gebonden, door: a. ondertekening zonder voorbehoud van bekrachtiging, aanvaarding of goedkeuring; of b. ondertekening onder voorbehoud van bekrachtiging, aanvaarding of goedkeuring, gevolgd door bekrachtiging, aanvaarding of goedkeuring. 2 Verdrag Een Lidstaat van de Raad van Europa kan dit Protocol niet ondertekenen zonder voorbehoud van bekrachtiging, aanvaarding of goedkeuring of zijn akte van bekrachtiging, aanvaarding of goedkeuring nederleggen, tenzij hij reeds Partij bij hetis of dat tegelijkertijd wordt. 3 Verdrag De Staten die geen lid zijn van de Raad van Europa en die tot hetzijn toegetreden, kunnen eveneens toetreden tot dit Protocol. 4 De akten van bekrachtiging, aanvaarding of goedkeuring worden nedergelegd bij de Secretaris-Generaal van de Raad van Europa. 1990 7 17-01-1990 1992 165 05-11-1992 01-11-1992

Artikel 8 Verdrag Dit Protocol treedt in werking op de eerste dag van de maand die volgt op het verstrijken van een tijdvak van een maand na de datum waarop alle Partijen bij hethun instemming tot uitdrukking hebben gebracht door het Protocol te worden gebonden overeenkomstig de bepalingen van artikel 7. 1990 7 17-01-1990 1992 165 05-11-1992 01-11-1992

Artikel 9 De Secretaris-Generaal van de Raad van Europa doet de Lidstaten van de Raad, de andere Verdragsluitende Staten en de Europese Economische Gemeenschap mededeling van: a. iedere ondertekening; b. de nederlegging van iedere akte van bekrachtiging, aanvaarding, goedkeuring of toetreding; c. iedere datum van inwerkingtreding van dit Protocol overeenkomstig het bepaalde in artikel 8; d. iedere andere handeling, kennisgeving of mededeling betrekking hebbend op dit Protocol. 1990 7 17-01-1990 1992 165 05-11-1992 01-11-1992
