Artikel I Noord-Atlantisch Verdrag artikel 10 van het Verdrag Bij de inwerkingtreding van dit Protocol zal de Secretaris-Generaal van de Noord-Atlantische Verdragsorganisatie uit naam van alle Partijen aan de Regering van de Republiek Letland een uitnodiging doen toekomen om tot hettoe te treden. Artikel II Noord-Atlantisch Verdrag Dit Protocol treedt in werking wanneer elk der Partijen bij hetaan de Regering van de Verenigde Staten van Amerika mededeling heeft gedaan dat zij het aanvaardt. Artikel III Noord-Atlantisch Verdrag Dit Protocol, waarvan de Engelse en de Franse tekst gelijkelijk authentiek zijn, wordt in het archief van de Regering van de Verenigde Staten van Amerika nedergelegd.
