Artikel II Noord-Atlantisch Verdrag Dit Protocol treedt in werking wanneer elk der Partijen bij hetaan de Regering van de Verenigde Staten van Amerika mededeling heeft gedaan dat zij het Protocol aanvaardt. Artikel III Noord-Atlantisch Verdrag Dit Protocol, waarvan de Engelse en de Franse tekst gelijkelijk authentiek zijn, wordt in het archief van de Regering van de Verenigde Staten van Amerika nedergelegd.
