Artikel II Noord-Atlantisch Verdrag Dit Protocol treedt in werking wanneer elk van de Partijen bij hetaan de Regering van de Verenigde Staten van Amerika mededeling hebben gedaan dat zij het Protocol aanvaarden. Artikel III Noord-Atlantisch Verdrag Dit Protocol, waarvan de Engelse en de Franse tekst gelijkelijk authentiek zijn, wordt in het archief van de Regering van de Verenigde Staten van Amerika nedergelegd.
